Holiday Acres is the perfect venue for your retirement party, birthday bash, family reunion, company picnic, engagement party, or barn dance. You will have the use of a shady pavilion with picnic tables, large grassy area for games, play area for the kids, and clean indoor restrooms.

Summer Party Policies and Pricing
Summer Party Package
$800 for up to 100 guests
4 Hour use of facilities for up to 100 guests
Covered pavilion – 1,920 sq. ft.
Open deck – 1,080 sq. ft.
7 – 6’ rectangular tables & 1 - 8' rectangular table
Picnic table seating (20 picnic tables - seating for 120+)
Use of pavilion serving area
Use of fire pit
Venue cleaning (after event is emptied of all food, decor, rentals, and personal property by event host)
Over 100 guests: $7 per person
Add on the use of the air-conditioned barn (1,440 sq. ft.) - $300
Alcoholic Beverage Notes:
Additional charges apply for TABC-certified bartender and security officers if alcohol is served.
You may bring your own beer and wine which must be loaded into the bar area prior to start of event and served by bartender.
No hard alcohol, including margaritas.
No self-serving of beer or wine.
Catering: You may choose any licensed & insured caterer. Caterer must provide certificate of insurance.
We are sorry, but due to insurance limitations, bringing your own food is not permitted.
Not included: chairs, linens, food, beverages, ice, ice chests, speakers/sound system/audiovisual system, food serving staff, table busing staff, décor
Payments:
50% retainer to reserve date with balance divided into equal monthly payments
Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to event
6.75% sales tax will be added to total package
